For a quick meal, I like to make chicken Caesar salad. My cleaning tip is I keep a spray bottle with water, vinegar and a few drops of tea tree oil in the kitchen for quick clean ups. Its very effective and enviro friendly! ☺

My favourite summer quick meal is a big salad with lots of fresh local produce and along side a big, tall glass of iced habiscous tea. To finish the meal, homemade ice cream wouldn’t be turned down either!

Grab a ready made roasted chicken at the grocery store and tear all the meat off and cut into bite sized pieces. Add mayo, seasonings, grapes and peanuts then chill to make a cold chicken salad for a hot summer day!
