How is the pace of your week going? This is one of those weeks at Libre tea that is spinning by. In fact, so fast that I thought if I stopped I would fall off!  It’s often difficult at those times to realize that stopping is exactly what we need to do. We need to hit the pause button and relax and breathe… and enjoy a peaceful tea moment.

To be peaceful is to center ourselves, connect with ourselves and find our inner peace.

Once centered we can put things into prospective and see clearly in which order what needs to be done.

libre ornament 2Peace is the number one beautiful ornament you can wear, I really believe that. They say you should always wear a smile, but I don’t believe that you should “always” wear a smile, seriously, you’re going to look stupid! But peace, you should always carry peace within you, its the most beautifying thing you could ever have or do.

Peace makes your heart beautiful and it makes you look beautiful, too. You want to have perfect physical posture when you stand, sit, and walk, and peace is the perfect posture of the soul, really. Try perfect posture outside as well as inside. Peace creates grace and grace gives peace.” ― C. JoyBell C.

There are many ways to find your inner peace – yoga, contemplation, prayer, walking in the woods, listening to music – to name a few. Finding our inner peace is an individual process but we often discover that it is, in fact, catching. When we are calm those around us feel our peaceful energy and they too, relax and breathe.

Here at Libre Tea we like to practice yoga and use our tea moments as times to pause during our hectic days, to rejuvenate and find our inner peace. Even watching tea leaves floating around in a Libre tea glass can be so mesmerizing and relaxing.

Enjoy the season and the joy – find your peace within.

My inner peace comes from knowing that all those dear to me are well and looking forward to spend Christmas together. At the same time enjoying a peaceful tea moment.

I try to find some quiet time whether it’s early in the morning or late at night where I can have time to myself.

Meditation! Never thought a simple act of selfishness would bring me inner peace.

I drink tea (double bergamot earl grey is an obsession at the moment) and hangout with my new kitty, Gypsy.

My ultimate peace comes through Jesus. He is my peace, not just an inner peace, but an outward one. When times are busy, when times are joyful, when times are difficult, His peace never changes and it is ours. My peace comes from praying, but also knowing that I am prayed for. It is not just an ornament, it is my everything.

I find inner peace by being grateful. I find that gratitude erases the disturbing thoughts that destroy inner peace. When we are grateful our troubles don’t seem as large and some just disappear.

I am in the midst of immense chaos, and am just biding my time I guess until I can have tranquility.

I haven’t found as much inner peace as I’d like to yet, but I keep trying 🙂 What does help me find moments of peace are a good book with a hot cup of tea, meditation, spending time with family and friends, focusing on the moment, making sure to have some time to myself each day, a long hot shower, listening to music.

I find my inner peace when I am out enjoying nature. I can be working out in my extensive gardens, or taking a leisurely stroll through the woods, either way, nature is where I find my inner peace.
    Thanks!

Walks in nature bring me the most peace. Even when it’s 23 degrees out. I usually have a libre waiting for me that warms me right up 🙂

I go for a run. If I a super overwhelmed I have to go without music. Oddly enough just listening to cars going by and thinking as I run and hear my breath really de -stresses me.

I love to relax by curling up with some herbal tea (in my libre tea tumbler) and a good book or movie–the absolute best if in a rainy day!

A relaxing cup of tea sitting next to a window with a beautiful nature scenery outside while reading my favorite book, that leaves me with peace within!

I find my inner peace by letting my daughter “read” storybooks to me. She can’t read yet but she is great at creating the story based on the pictures and it’s very relaxing and warms my heart to watch her tell me stories.

A good cup of hot tea with lemon might as well be my GPS device to inner peace! In fact, once I’m done writing this, I’m going straight to my tea drawer to start the process.

Gratitude – it grows from within and then I feel peace – filled. And I agree with most everyone else, it can come from something simple like a hot cup of tea.

I find my inner peace when I have those moments of silence with a tea mug in my hand (this usually happens after I drop my four boys off at school 😉 ). Ahhhhh….
