    I so agree that tea does wonders for one’s health–body, mind and spirit. Would love to share “tea moments” but I am not (and will likely not ever be) on Facebook. But my comfort food blog is filled with tea moments and all sorts of treats to go with tea. For example, my current post is about Victoria Sponge.
