A recent US online promotion for Mothers Day  has gone awry – the fulfillment system diverted some orders to the Canadian warehouse and the shipping date in emails was not from the shipper …  and now some customers will not receive their Libre tea glasses by Mothers Day.

This makes me sad and i am dissapppointed – though not as some of my customers.

I’m recognising that i have gone too fast and not practiced with the distribution – this is the first Libre promotion focused for customers in the US.

so glad there was few overall however every customer dissappointment does not help inspire any tea moment…anywhere.
