With our tremendous growth we want to assure that moving forward you, our customer, is protected. We know and appreciate that you invest precious resources to provide an excellent customer experience. Additionally, to fulfill our brand promise of peaceful tea moments we invest in customer education, product development, quality testing and Canadian engineering for our supplier. To ensure our brand reflects this level of investment we are implementing a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy effective August 15th, 2016.
Please be advised all pricing of our products is to remain plus or minus twenty percent (+/-10%) from our suggested retail prices (SRP) – the “MAP Window”.
This new MAP policy applies to all advertisements of Libre infuser products in any and all media, including, but not limited to: on-line, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, email newsletters, email solicitations, internet or similar electronic media, television, radio, and public signage.
